Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Tech Marketing Measurement who is passionate about using marketing science and technology to solve complex business problems. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling our marketing measurement products worldwide. This role requires deep expertise in product management and science, with a strong background in experimentation design, causal inference methodologies, and the ability to translate data into insights to influence long-term investment decisions.
Responsibilities
+ Develop the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our measurement products to scale fleet and packaging marketing worldwide.
+ Collaborate with Economists, Applied Scientists, Engineers, Supply Chain, Business, and Finance team members to build reliable measurement models, consistent measurement standards, and robust experiments.
+ Simplify and scale measurement through process improvement and automation.
+ Prioritize investments to balance channel growth and deep dive learnings.
+ Own the end-to-end measurement product lifecycle to create long-lasting solutions.
+ Deliver vision documents, PRFAQs, operating plans, and measurement deep dives to gain leadership sponsorship for executing the product vision.
+ Define the measurement investment framework and prioritize feature/growth investments.
+ Write detailed business and technical requirements in collaboration with partner science and engineering team members.
+ Drive hypothesis-driven experiments that deliver actionable insights and inform long-term investment decisions.
+ Articulate complex problems, tough trade-offs, and propose product solutions clearly when issues arise.
Essential Skills
+ 8+ years of technical product management experience.
+ Experience driving roadmap strategy.
+ End-to-end product delivery experience.
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
+ Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
+ Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
+ Technical product management experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
+ Experience developing marketing measurement models, econometric models, and experimental models.
Work Environment
This position can be based out of Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City and requires onsite presence. The team is part of Cross-Channel Cross-Category Marketing, which creates marketing campaigns that are measurably effective, creatively breakthrough, and scaled for impact. This team aims to transform the fleet and packages into the biggest, most loved out-of-home media channel in the world.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90.00 - $93.00/hr.
