Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Product Manager III to join our dynamic team in the Music Growth and Cross Channel Marketing Personalization department. In this role, you will develop and manage projects that impact new consumer-facing products, as well as internal systems and tools. You will work closely with various teams to ensure timely and quality project completion, while acting as a bridge between Company division and broader teams.
Responsibilities
+ Develop and manage projects affecting new consumer-facing products and internal systems and tools.
+ Ensure timely execution of projects with the highest degrees of urgency and control.
+ Act as a bridge between Company and broader teams to drive on-time and quality completion of projects.
+ Provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
+ Manage programs by creating and attending meetings, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring deliverables are met.
+ Engage in technical deep dives to understand and overcome challenges, gaining trust and providing value to the engineering team.
+ Unblock teams and help them achieve their objectives by leveraging technical expertise and stakeholder relationships.
+ Communicate effectively through writing documents and sending communication emails.
Essential Skills
+ Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or related field.
+ 3+ years of industry experience as a program technical product manager.
+ Deep understanding of systems and technical services.
+ Strong track record of working effectively across different groups in the organization.
+ Successful delivery of software products from conception through business case and customer deployment.
+ Ability to work on the business side of projects to drive deployment of new products.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in product-led growth.
+ Experience in marketing technology (cross-channel, emails, paid media).
+ Experience working in large corporations, preferably with high complexity projects.
+ An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills.
+ Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to get things done.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $80.00/hr.
