**Summary:**
As a Technical Program Manager - Sensors at Wearables Hardware Group, you will lead multidisciplinary programs through the product development process to develop the next generation of custom, semi-custom and off-the-shelf Image-Sensors and flicker-sensors to drive our industry-leading Wearable systems. You will establish requirements with internal and external customers, manage program schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans, and clearly communicate to program stakeholders. We look for program managers who are motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment.
**Required Skills:**
Technical Program Manager - Sensors Responsibilities:
1. As part of the sensors team, you will drive and track the investigation, definition and delivery of next generation image and flicker sensors intercepting camera modules and Wearables systems
2. Create development, delivery, and qualification schedules based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times and business needs
3. Manage communication within, and between, internal engineering and external vendor teams
4. Assist engineering and sourcing teams with supplier evaluation and selection
5. Work with teams to set milestones, communicate program statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks
6. Work cross-functionally to develop best practices and technology development processes in a quickly-changing environment to ensure on time delivery
7. Manage delivery of samples and mass production parts for the different builds
8. Organize required face to face on site meeting with vendors
9. Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including specifications, design options, and test plans
10. Ensure program documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review
11. Contribute to resource planning to ensure program success
12. Up to 20% travel
**Minimum Qualifications:**

13. BS in Engineering field or equivalent experience
14. 5+ years experience working as a technology development program manager for consumer electronics
15. 3+ years experience working on image sensor and hardware module projects
16. Understanding of phase gate approach to technology development projects
17. Experience with component and module qualification, validation and characterization processes
18. Knowledge of program and issue tracking
19. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and projects

21. Solid understanding of Image-sensor and flicker-sensor functionality and supply chain
**Public Compensation:**
$167,000/year to $230,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
