Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management. + Experience with manufacturing operations for electrical equipment and hardware. + Experience in managing New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and the product life-cycle (PLC). Preferred qualifications: + MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering or other relevant field. + 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. + Experience in Design and Manufacturing in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role. + Experience in multiple aspects of hardware operations. + Knowledge about typical hardware build of materials, process documentation and assembly and test processes. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
