Technical Program Manager II
The **Copilot and Platform Ecosystem (CAPE)** team at Microsoft is on a mission to deliver customer and partner ecosystem success through Copilot and collaborative solutions that drive business value and delightful product experiences. CAPE is hiring a **Technical Program Manager II** to drive the continued success of M365 Copilot, Copilot in Teams and Microsoft Teams by supporting customers in achieving their fullest potential through leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and collaborative communications. As **Technical Program Manager II** , you will engage with our most strategic customers advising them on the right approach to leverage Teams, M365 Copilot and extensibility to harness the full potential of their data, collaboration and business processes. You will build strong relationships with cross-disciplinary teams from Engineering and bring back insights from real customer scenarios into the product truth. You will also be accountable for driving awareness and alignment with internal teams around voice of customer themes that emerge as part of your engagements, making sure key challenges and feature gaps are channeled back into our plan to improve our product. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate closely with strategic customers and cross-functional internal teams from Engineering and our field organization to plan, develop, and deploy cutting-edge cloud services and article intelligence, seamlessly integrated with M365 Copilot, Copilots in Teams, Graph Connectors and Microsoft Teams. + Support envisioning and key user scenarios for how M365 Copilot and Microsoft Team can be used to support business outcomes and enhanced productivity, including leveraging Copilot extensibility and Graph Connectors. + Develop custom solutions and Agents using development tools such as Copilot Studio. + Be the voice of our customers, guiding the roadmaps of dependent feature teams to ensure we stay ahead in the game, by influencing our platform and extensibility vision around how best to evolve developer offerings. + Drive execution and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex, cross-group and cross-discipline projects to successful completion. + Develop collateral for Rhythm of Business activities, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization. + Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to inform our future direction. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development + OR equivalent experience. + 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. + 2+ years experience working with AI/ML technologies and infrastructure including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or similar low-code/no-code platforms. + Experience directly engaging with enterprise customers, leading conversations to gather requirements and capture feedback. + Experience in analyzing customer feedback to identify key themes and effectively communicating these insights to senior leadership teams and other audiences. **Preferred Qualifications** + 4+ years experience in product management, with a deep focus on AI/ML technologies and infrastructure. + Hands-on experience creating Customer solutions, assessing business need and delivering Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Pilots for customers that lead to production deployments. Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
