We are seeking a dynamic Technical Program Manager to join our Quality Analytics team within the Global Data Insights and Analytics organization.
As the Technical Program Manager, you will bridge the gap between our data science innovations and practical business solutions, working with a diverse team of software engineers, data engineers, designers, and data scientists. You'll be responsible for translating complex quality analytics problems into actionable solutions, managing the development of AI-powered tools that identify quality issues early, conduct root cause analysis, and implement closed-loop feedback systems.
The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of quality and engineering domain principles and strong program management skills. Experience in working with high-performing analytics teams on large language models (LLM) and AI/ML is required. This role involves shaping the future of quality analytics, ensuring analytics solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related data field 2+ years in a team environment supporting customers/end users 2+ years managing cross-functional demand and integration 3+ years using project management tools (Confluence/Jira/Rally) 2+ years leading an analytics team as a product owner 3+ years hands-on in quality and/or engineering product developmentPreferred Qualifications
Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related data field Ability to work with diverse teams, including software engineers, designers, and data scientists Experience as a design and release engineer in product development Communication skills to manage priorities and backlog items with software engineering teams Understanding of analytical concepts and ability to explain data science concepts to business users Experience with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
