Their primary focus is on enhancing FC execution performance, quality, and speed, while overseeing risk mitigation strategies and leveraging BIE reports for data-driven decision-making. By striking a balance between standardization and flexibility, they work tirelessly to exceed customer expectations and achieve optimal results across the entire fulfillment network.
