Technical Program Delivery

The Technical Program Delivery plays a crucial role in driving the successful execution of strategic programs and initiatives. This position requires a strong program management background, expertise in KPI development and tracking, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership. This role remote-based and will require close collaboration with a global team. The ideal candidate will have experience in VSM, process improvement, SOPs, SaaS industry, and efficient back-office operations within an agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management: Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies. Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management. Monitor program progress, identify and resolve issues, and proactively manage risks to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among program stakeholders, including project managers, functional teams, and senior leadership. KPI Development & Tracking: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and track progress against strategic objectives. Collect, analyze, and report on program performance data, providing insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on KPI data, and recommend corrective actions or process improvements. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Prepare and deliver clear and concise program updates and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and support throughout the program lifecycle. Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner. Global Collaboration Foster strong working relationships with global team members Coordinate effectively across time zones to ensure seamless program execution Leverage communication technologies to facilitate virtual collaboration and knowledge sharing

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is highly preferred. Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs in a global environment. 3+ years of experience in program management, ideally within a customer journey function. Experience working with global stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in KPI development, data analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership. Experience with VSM (Value Stream Mapping) to identify and eliminate waste in processes. Proven success in driving process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Prior experience working in the SaaS industry is highly desirable. Ability to establish and maintain efficient back-office operations. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and methodologies strongly desired.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Miro, MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Excel). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
