Technical Product Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide systematic analysis and coordination in resolving complex issues coming from external (Field) or internal (Manufacturing). Bridge engineering and field by providing detailed information on the issues following Quality tool. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on the containment and preventive actions. Manage global deployment of solutions for field and manufacturing. Ensure esclations are managed and followed-up within the required schedule. To work in close collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Field (Internal/ External Customers). Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent same issue happen in the future. Responds to Field following problem identification, researching possible “fixes” and support through corrective actions. Active participation in the drive for continuous improvement and Zero Defect of TnI products. To provide technical support on demo projects and first TnI handler for new customers with preparation and following up/tracking the technical installation,validation,qualification plan/daily activities with customer. Document troubleshooting and problem solving steps. Participate in providing training to customers when needed (demo projects and first TnI handler for new customers). Any tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with complete understanding of the semiconductor test & packaging processes with through knowledge of Turret and Inspection handler (Ismeca is a plus). Professional Engineering degree and certifications in the related technical field. Experienced in FMEA, DOE and risk assessment, with strong understanding of different quality-management tools and methods. Experience in root-cause analysis and different problem-solving methods. Experience in technical support and customer related services. Able to produce professional technical reports. Ability to adapt on different environments and work based on priorities. Ability to work during weekends and evening hours as needed as well as on call support. Willing to travel for about 50% of the time to supplier or customer (local/oversea). Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement. Strong ethics, diplomatic, patience, good listening skills and can interact with a diverse group of individuals. Creative, innovative, out of the box problem solving. Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey information and ideas.
