As a Technical Product Analyst (TPA), you will focus on product strategy and the development of cutting-edge digital products. You will be the interface between our customers (internal and external) and our development teams as well as participating in voice of customer (VOC) engagements for our customers and stakeholders and using this feedback to help create a vision and roadmap for our digital offerings. You will then work with our Technical Product Managers (TPM's) to take this vision and translate it into detailed requirements and user scenarios that can be consumed by our development teams. By working closely with the teams throughout a development cycle, you will ensure that the product vision becomes a successful commercial offering.
 

As a Technical Product Analyst, you will be responsible for:
 

Participating in the voice of customer engagements focused on gathering requirements
and understanding customer needs.Working with product lines to understand our portfolio strategy for our company
across new technology digital programs and product lines and communicating it to our development teamsWorking with product lines to understand the product vision and roadmap and
communicate to development teamsContinuing to expand your knowledge and becoming an expert in the domain of Asset Performance Management, keep up with industrial trends and competitor offeringsActing as the product owner for new product development team(s), working to
prioritize features based on technical competency and user valueWorking on requirements creation and validation process for assigned team(s)Understanding and communicating customer use cases, values, and priorities to
development teamsWorking with team(s) to ensure thatthe implementation of features meets functional
and non-functional requirements, UX guidelines, and quality guidelines.

Have a Bachelor's Degree in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and
Mathematics)Have an interest in developing industry-leading products for Asset Performance
ManagementHave the ability to influence others, building direct and “behind the scenes”
support for ideasHave the ability to anticipate, breakdown, and solve complex, cross-functional problemsBe able to work under minimal supervision

Desired Characteristics:

Experience in internship or other in new product development and/or requirements generationExperience in using Aha or equivalent toolExperience in Figma or equivalent toolKnowledge of agile development practicesExceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple work streams effectively and provide timely updatesComfortable and effective working in new areas that require experimentation, constant change management and rapid problem solvingDemonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems

The annual pay scale for this position is between $75,700.00 - $140,700.00.

Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above. The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Baker Hughes will issue a non-bias competitive offer; the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hires, full-time salaries in some U.S. locations, not including equity or benefits. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. Please keep in mind that the range stated above is the full base salary range for the role and does not include other forms of compensation.
