We Love Who We Serve. The Technical Practice Lead oversees the technical development and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in software development or systems architecture. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure that solutions meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. · Guide technical decisions and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. · Mentor, coach, and develop the technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. · Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to ensure timely project delivery. · Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business goals. · Plan, prioritize, and manage sprints, ensuring project milestones are met. · Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability. · Implement best practices in testing, debugging, and deployment. · Research and recommend new technologies, tools, or approaches to improve processes and solutions. · Drive technical strategy and architecture to support scalability and future growth. · Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, providing technical insights and updates. · Resolve technical roadblocks and ensure smooth project execution.
