Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing and implementing a proactive maintenance program, ensuring all machinery and equipment within a facility receives regular inspections, servicing, and preventative repairs to minimize unexpected breakdowns, maximize equipment lifespan, and optimize operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Data Review and Analysis Conduct a detailed review of all incidents recorded during the project, identifying patterns and areas that indicate potential for improvement in preventive maintenance.Historical Data Comparison Compare current incident data with historical records from previous years, identifying patterns, anomalies, and shifts to contextualize project performance.Data VisualizationDevelop engaging and informative visual representations (e.g., charts, dashboards) that allow stakeholders to easily interpret incident trends, root causes, and preventive recommendations.Trend Analysis and ReportingTrack and document changes in incident counts over time, analyze root causes for any fluctuations, and categorize issues by type, frequency, and impact.Narrative Reporting and StorytellingCreate narrative reports that effectively tell the story behind the data, translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for maintenance improvements.Stakeholder CommunicationPresent findings to project stakeholders, ensuring that all insights, visualizations, and recommended actions are clearly understood and aligned with project objectives.Improvement RecommendationsDevelop a set of actionable recommendations based on incident analysis to proactively reduce incident frequency and improve preventive maintenance measures.Collaboration and Feedback LoopWork closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, operations, and project management, to validate findings and incorporate feedback into preventive strategies.Qualifications & Experience
