PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

To provide technical facilities service delivery for the client’s site

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Facilities Inspection and Maintenance

M&E Equipment: UPS, CRAC, Alarm system in Tech Room, Access Card System, CCTV, Power Distribution System, Air-conditioner in Office, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Drainage SystemMinor replacement work, e.g. pantry sump pumps, FCU parts, light tubes replacementInvolved in the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure smooth daily operation by regularly inspecting all equipment rooms and other facilities and taking note of any problems using the predefined checklists. Acts as the front line for maintenance repairs, equipment fixes, including organizing vendors to perform maintenance work as needed.Adheres to defined rules and regulations when carrying out duties.

Reparation and Renovation on spot

Raise work orders as necessaryRenovate daily inspection fault within skills baseRespond to users reported defectsInform users about status of requests

Maintenance Management

Cooperate with vendors to conduct the preventive and corrective maintenanceAttend site on weekends/after hours to supervise/escort vendors when conducting preventive and corrective maintenance (as required, typically at least one Saturday a month)Responsible for operations of M&E equipment (e.g., UPS, CRAC, generator, BMS, Alarm system in Tech Room, Power Distribution System, Air-conditioner in Office, Fire Protection System, Water protection system and Drainage Systems) to ensure compliance with HSE and statutory requirements.Performs routine maintenance non-critical M&E equipment (e.g., AHU’s, FCU’s, extract and supply fans, sumps pumps, chilled/condenser/domestic water pumps and window/split air-conditioning units excluding the refrigeration system).Keeps detailed records on all maintenance and repairs.

Minor Project Management and project handover

Monitor and cooperate with vendors to complete minor projectsSupport or cooperate with site engineer to complete indoor fitout projects and monitor the vendor’s modification of project defectsSupport or cooperate with site engineer on office new projects handover from project team

Emergency and Incident Response

Respond to M&E alarm within the shortest time and arrive at the spot within 2 hours to deal with the emergencyRespond to help desk work orders

Monthly Report

Update consumable and spare parts stock listSubmit requests for consumable and spare part orderingSubmit monthly duty roastersSubmit monthly job records

Others

Management of seconded staff and service suppliersSuccessful completion of scheduled activitiesProvide support to the site engineer in M&EManagement of equipment and materials on behalf of client

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in BSE, M&E or related disciplineElectrical license preferredBasic handyman skills preferred3 years experience in delivering facility related technical servicesBasic spoken & written EnglishBasic computer skills
