Come join our team and be a part of history as we deliver results for the largest cloud services company on Earth! re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a Technical Learning Coordinator for its Reverse Logistics operation based in Greencastle, PA. The Technical Learning Coordinator is an individual contributor (IC) role that works with operations managers, area managers, and line leads to coordinate all associate onboarding activities for the site. Constantly improves the long-term capabilities of the area to which he/she is assigned. This position has a high level of program administrative management. The position will be responsible for deploying learning & training within the reverse logistics operation to support production, but aligned with Learning & Development strategy. This role will be focused on developing materials and coordinating training sessions’ execution with current and new associates, focused on improving operational metrics by standardizing process execution. The candidate must have strong communication skills and possess the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders within the re:Cycle Reverse Logistics Organization. Key job responsibilities Develop, assess, track, and facilitate training related programs for new and current entry level employees. • Audit Powered Industrial Equipment Training program and trainer standard work • Manage ticketing system and ensure tickets are closed within expected timeline • Develop and track effectiveness of training programs, including orientation. Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs • Actively seek ongoing skill development (i.e., participating and conducting skill classes, cross-training, etc.) • Document feedback results to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement • Work closely with stakeholders and relevant team members for preparation and coordination of training events based on site/regional needs. • Build trust with peer(s) across the RRL Org and collaborate on regional learning projects. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for onboarding; coordinating all training needs. • Facilitate certified job and compliance training including ongoing audits, badge creation, data entry and retrains. • Maintain, prepare and distribute data on key metrics for their site or area. • Monitor adherence to standard work and quality and coach associates accordingly. • Ensure area readiness and area organization for all Learning Experience areas to ensure they are prepared to support all RRL training activities. • Escalate any barriers to Regional Learning Manager or appropriate escalation point. • Collaborate and support the wider Learning Team. Basic Qualifications - 2+ years of professional or military experience Preferred Qualifications - Experience with end-to-end project management - Experience delivering training/information to peers, hourly associates, and senior management, both individually and in groups - Experience delivering messages related to performance - Ability to give and receive feedback effectively - Evidence of ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines - Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience - Willingness to work different shifts - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
