In this new role, you will be required to work in collaboration with various teams and members of the larger organizational learning team, central and core Health and Safety and Environment teams. You will need to develop relationships with managers at different levels, from different functions and locations, suppliers and any other customers requiring Organizational Learning services. **What are your contributions to the team?** + Participate in the proactive analysis of training needs as well as in the validation and identification of approaches, tools, and training content. + Deliver training related to Quality & Methods teams. + Support subject matter experts in the development and review of learning solutions. + Work in collaboration with different function teams to implement learning strategies to ensure internal knowledge transfer. + Support the integration of new employees. + Support on-site organizational learning teams to understand skills issues, conduct organizational diagnostics and present recommendations. **How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:** + You have a diploma in aeronautics such as TGA, Manufacturing, structures, and/or you hold experience in an advisor/trainer role and/or as a quality or methods agent in aerospace. + You have 3 years experience in Methods or Quality functions. + You are proficient using Catia, SolidWorks, or similar systems . + You have experience raising non conformity reports for quality and the analysis of them. + You are a good communicator and can demonstrate impact and can influence. + You are comfortable collaborating and working in a team. + You have good analytical skills and are organized. + You have experience working with objectives and milestones. + You have a good knowledge of the French and English language (oral and written). + You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
