PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Lead Salesforce Tech builds highly scalable enterprise level Salesforce applications and integrations. Provides hands-on leadership for Salesforce skills focused on Salesforce implementations, system integrations, technical reviews and enhancing omni-channel experience.  Instrumental in helping development teams draw the most value from our tools through processes, reviews, and governance. The candidate must understand iterative release cycles in high growth and agile environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Build designs for systems across Salesforce’s tenants and developers code reviews before go-live.Collaborate with other members of the delivery teams, including solution architects and technical leads, to evaluate solutions and gain consensus on technical direction.Partner with various technology leaders and business stakeholders to translate program requirements into technical solutions and system designs.Document and communicate designs, estimates, and implementation plans to program stakeholders.Participate in several development project teams with the perspective to ensure all standards and processes are followed, good designs and quality documentation is created before handoff of a project to the support team.Customize, enhance and integrate Salesforce.com applications.Build technology solutions, aligning both business and technical considerations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred.6+ years of experience in architecting Salesforce applications.Working knowledge of Salesforce tools and technologies – Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, Apex API's and data loader.Experience with service-oriented/event-driven system architectures and building high performance distributed systems.
