Technical Lead


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Service Management ASP.NET Core Web API SQL ASP.NET Core and .Net Programming-C# .Net. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technical areas and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative solutions. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Experience in Regulatory Compliance and Governance domains is a plus.


Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of robust and scalable applications using ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Programming-C# .NetOversee the implementation of IT Service Management processes to ensure efficient and effective service deliveryProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectivesDevelop and maintain SQL databases ensuring data integrity and optimal performanceConduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutionsImplement security best practices to protect applications and data from potential threatsMonitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve user experienceStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvementParticipate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support for critical applicationsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concernsContribute to the development of documentation including technical specifications and user manuals

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT Service Management ASP.NET Core Web API SQL ASP.NET Core and .Net Programming-C# .NetDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesExhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholdersShow experience in Regulatory Compliance and Governance domains is a plusDisplay a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technologiesHave a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologiesDemonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyShow a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needsPossess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related fieldExhibit a strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing clean maintainable codeDemonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a team of developersShow experience with version control systems such as Git is preferred
