Technical Lead
**Technical Lead:** Requirements **:** + Oversee and provide technical direction and leadership for a team of developers + Oversee testing and quality assurance. + Provide guidance and feedback to others to strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas + Implement, maintain, and support development processes and methodologies + Ensure that program and code quality is of the highest standards + Endurance that programs and code meet security standards and comply with corporate policies + Oversee, maintain, and support the production, staging, and testing environments + Develop and maintain consistent documentation practices and standards + Assist in evaluating and recommending new technologies + Capture and report quality metrics + Create/Review component designs & builds to ensure compatibility with the end-to-end system design. Responsibilities + Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and robust applications + Strong knowledge of the Java (core and framework), Spring, Spring MVC, Tomcat, Hibernate, Git, and Maven + Actively participate with technical delivery teams and contribute to code reviews, architecture reviews, and design discussions + Self-starter, able to work independently and as member of an agile team + Responsible for deployment co-ordination & quality deliverable. + Accountable for the delivery of work of his/her team.
