As a Technical IT Operations Professional, you will support multiple teams with technical activities (configurations, monitoring, reporting, etc.) that occur in the enterprise IT environment and thereby ensure the quality of products delivery over their complete scope. Your tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting projects/teams with activities related to creation/versioning of project(s) documents in a document control system (SAP)Supporting projects/teams with activities related to management of requirements (JAMA)Supporting projects/teams with activities related to handling/reporting of found errors (PCCB)Responsible for processing of helpdesk tickets (SHARP)Responsible for configuration of projects in a centrally managed Azure Dev Ops within SHS ITResponsible for access managementContributing to monitoring of projects development quality (reviewing of documents, checking traceability of requirements, etc.)Your qualifications and experience:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related technical disciplineExperience with SAP EDMExperience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Word templates, Excel templates)Experience with Azure DevOpsSuperior verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on multicultural sensitivityCritical thinking and analysis skills with respect to varying customer and business processes and requirementsFluent in written and spoken EnglishAble to moderate meetingsWillingness to supportAffinity to toolsWhat do we offer:
