The Fuel Delivery Module Technical Expert will lead the Core Fuel Delivery Module team to provide robust and reliable components that meet system level functional requirements for all global Ford ICE programs. This Technical Expert will act as the lead technical resource both internally and externally on component functionality and provide technical support to global teams on Fuel Delivery Module matters.
This position requires strong engineering, analytical, and communication skills to be successful.
BS/MS in Engineering At least 10 years of design and release experience with at least 6 years specific to fuel delivery modules Experienced user of D&R tools such as WERS, Teamcenter, FEDE, Global 8D, DFMEA, DVP&R, PV, APQP Reviews, and AIMs Self-starter with excellent communication skills who can oversee others as they prepare new products in accordance with GPDS program deliverables, develop a workplan and drive the process both inside of Ford and with the supply base to meet the deliverables Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues using a data-driven approach Strong coaching skills to assist in the development of new team members Strong organizational skills with a firm understanding of Ford processes and tools Technical Specialist evidence book requiredYou may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
