Objectives of the Position:

 

Coordinating CED lab activities on daily basis Day to day  Technical Support for our products being used at lineLab trials, testing and continuous improvement at lab level Extend support for existing products & line related issues.

 

 

Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities:

 

Analysis of E-coat line bath samples from all OEM’s on weekly basis.Analysis of monthly 10-liter bath samples for voltage profile, throw power & STT/LTT.Testing of STT & LTT line panels on monthly basis from all OEM’s. Sharing reports.Customer oil/grease/sealer samples for cratering test / compatibility with CED bath.CED Lab trials for various customers as & when required.Implementation of Safety, Health and environmental objectives in the routine activities of CED Laboratory.Processing PT panels at the lab for coat outs.Maintain 5S in lab/and the area of responsibility.

 

 

Job Requirement:

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in paint Technology Working Experience: 5+ years of experience in automotive coatings or related fields.Technical knowledge: Working in Automotive Paint Coating related industry with experience in Automotive customers is preferred.
