Job Description
**Your responsibilities:**
+ Support customers for security cameras and system uses (pre and after-sales)
+ Assisting our customers via inbound & outbound calls and via chats/emails
+ Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues
+ Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting technical issues
**Our requirements:**
+ Knowledge of German min. B2 and English min. B2
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Previous experience in customer support or related field
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
+ Previous experience working in technical environment or in interest in new technologies.
