Job Description

Your responsibilities:Support customers for security cameras and system uses (pre and after-sales)Assisting our customers via inbound & outbound calls and via chats/emailsCollaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issuesHandling inquiries, resolving complaints, and troubleshooting technical issues

Our requirements:Knowledge of German min. B2 and English min. B2Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in customer support or related fieldStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficientlyPrevious experience working in technical environment or in interest in new technologies.
