Technical Services comprises expert professionals dedicated to aiding customers in network deployment and operation, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences. Who You Are:

Essential Skills-

Bachelor's degree (BE or BS) in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in analysing, configuring, and troubleshooting Cisco XR Products. Knowledge of routing protocols – OSPF, EIGRP, BGP Exposure to WAN technologies - MPLS, MPLS VPN. Demonstrated significant analytical and troubleshooting skills, including crisis management abilities, and proficiency in handling critical customer issues/problems. Exceptional software debugging skills, with a strong aptitude for troubleshooting. Experience in a Network Operations Centre (NOC) or Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) environment is a valuable addition. Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Deliver technology/product training and intellectual property material as necessary, including mentoring other engineers. Basic understanding of Software defined networking.Knowledge of Emerging technologies like micro services, Cloud etc.Good understanding of IOS/IOS-XR/IOS-XE DNS and DHCP

Extended Skills

Automation Skills – Python Scripting, AI/ML, YAML, Docker and Kubernetes. Understanding of some DBMS (MongoDB, Oracle, SQL, Redis)

Emerging Skills

• CCIE RS/EI, certification is a plus

• Public / Private Cloud experience and knowledge. [ AWS, Azure]
