The following position is to join our RTX **Enterprise Services** team: **Role Overview:** As a member of the Continuous Compliance Services (C2S) Compliance Automation team, you will collaborate closely with the C2S team to develop solutions that achieve Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) objectives. You will be an integral part of an inclusive team, contributing to the establishment and direction of new services. Your role will involve motivating team members, fostering a trustful atmosphere, leveraging diverse perspectives, and using technology skills to promote continuous improvement and innovation. This position requires effective interaction with multiple DT/GRC teams within RTX. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to remain focused on target initiatives and deliverables. **What You Will Do:** + Analyze processes and workflows to develop automation solutions that improve efficiency. + Adhere to and enhance standards and procedures to meet policy and compliance requirements. + Evaluate existing applications and platforms, conduct gap analyses, identify feasible alternative solutions, and assist in defining the scope of modifications to improve performance. + Take ownership of the system development life cycle, including testing, implementation, and maintenance. + Articulate and translate business questions into data-driven solutions. + Query and manipulate large datasets using SQL, with a focus on Data Manipulation Language (DML). + Create relational database models and work with data warehouse technologies to support Compliance data management needs. + Apply best practices in data analysis, data visualization, and data science to deliver high-quality insights. + Communicate clearly and present findings to various stakeholders. + Produce comprehensive documentation using diagramming and data processing applications to support project development and implementation. + Provide valuable input to project plans related to development initiatives. **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience. + 5+ years experience working with Compliance Frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, CSF etc.… + 3+ years experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C#, and .NET. + 5+ years in querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL, particularly Data Manipulation Language (DML). + 3+ years in scripting languages like Python, R, or PowerShell for automating data processing and reporting tasks. + Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
