Requirements

 

Full training will be provided

Good literacy and numeracy skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, specifically Outlook, Teams and Excel

Technical knowledge of automotive porducts and applications is helpful

Postive and Professional attitude when communicating with customers

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Team workpace environment experience is preferred but not essential

Professional and organised, with a desire to bring about improvement

Takes ownership of tasks and topics proactively and is self-motivated to perform to tight deadlines

 

Responsibilities

 

Answer queries from our customers, garages and internal stakeholders relating to:

Catalogue applications

Competitor cross references Fitting procedures and perceived product faults Returned products Support with fault diagnosis with internal and external stakeholders

Takes ownership of tasks and topics proa

Fitting procedures and perceived product faults 

Returned products 

Support with fault diagnosis with internal and external stakeholders  

Work with various computer based programs and databasees to obatin or check information as well as maintaining our technical databases 

Researching /compiling technical service information for the UK and wider European Automotive market 

Support the UK and European focus groups on projects 

Attend and deliver product training when/where required and applicable 

Record and answer enquiries from Schaeffler website and REPXPERT pages.
