The Company

A global technology consultancy who has a portfolio of resources projects in Australia. As a result of supporting these projects, we are looking for a Technical Business Analyst - ServiceNow to join the team.

 

Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage requirements for ServiceNow projects from start to finish. Organize workshops to gather and analyze business and functional requirements. Convert business needs into technical specifications for development teams. Design and document solutions that meet business needs. Ensure clear communication and sign-off between business and technical teams. Support UAT and training sessions as required. Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Skills:

6+ years as a Business Analyst, with 4+ years focused on ServiceNow. Expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, HRSD, Integration, Service Graph Connectors). Proficient in Agile and Scrum methodologies. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator) preferred.
