Services: + Program Consulting + Finance Consulting and Billing Services + Applied Technology + Outsourcing and Operations + Strategy + Project and Grants Management + Assessments and Feasibility Studies Responsible for defining and prioritizing the business needs of the Juvenile Justice project including the review and tracking of gaps between business processes, technical requirements, government compliance, or user experience for overall system functionality.
