RBR-Technologies is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support our DISA customer in Fort Meade.\n

Some of the responsibilities associated with the position include:\n\nProviding business process support on issues related to customer engagement, project management, and implementation issues.\nPerforming and coordinating implementation management activities in support of cloud-based offerings.\nCoordinating with internal and external organizations and working groups by arranging, chairing, facilitating, and participating in regular\/ad hoc planning, implementation, and workgroup\/IPT meetings.\nConducting deep dives, engineering analysis\/support, gap analysis, and providing recommendations to mission partners on Cloud Services.\nProviding actionable insights and routinely presenting recommendations from analysis.\nProviding customer engagement and technical support expertise for Business Case Analysis (BCA), Initial Business Estimates (IBE), Letter Estimates (LE), or other similarly documented tasks necessary to providing cost estimates to the customer client.\nProviding engineering support for integrating new applications into cloud environments and transitioning existing applications into virtualized\/cloud environments. This support includes the entire cycle of migration events, from supporting the customer in acquiring cloud infrastructure and services to testing and successful deployment. This support also includes supporting assessment of new environments, and supporting testing activities in the virtualized environments.\nTechnical analyzing and preparing of new workloads for migration.\nResponding to technical issues in a timely fashion.\nSupport customer use of service Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Command Line Interface (CLI) s, and infrastructure service management consoles.\n\n

Basic Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent experience.\nMust have one or more of the following certifications at the time of contract start: Cloud+, Security+, Network+, or CCNA.\n3+ years engineering experience.\nIT services and cloud technology experience.\nProven ability to gather and properly document system requirements.\nDoD Secret Clearance\n\n
