About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our operations team as a Technical Audit Coordinator. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes through comprehensive audits and data analysis. You will play a key part in driving operational accountability and continuous improvement by collaborating with leadership and implementing data-driven changes. Your ability to manage schedules, cover technician overtime openings, and lead within the process area will be essential to maintaining smooth and effective operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement.
Major activities/Key challenges:
Complete Daily Process Audits: Conduct thorough audits of daily processes and monitor daily process variables to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.Data Entry and Summaries: Enter audit data into DoForms for digital record-keeping and prepare detailed weekly and monthly audit summaries.Drive Operations Accountability: Follow up on audit findings, partner with operations leadership to develop action plans, and ensure accountability.Manage Audit Schedule: Organize and maintain the audit schedule to ensure all processes are regularly reviewed.Cover Technician Overtime Openings: Provide support by covering technician overtime shifts as needed, ensuring continuous operation.Implement Data-Based Process Changes: Use audit data to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement of daily practices.Leadership and Change Management: Act as a change agent and provide leadership within the process area to foster a culture of continuous improvement.What you can bring to the role:

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years’ experience in SmeltingProven Leadership experience/skillsIntermediate or Advanced Microsoft Excel SkillsPreferred Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in Smelting as someone responsible for pot careStrong Critical Thinking Analytical, Attention to Detail, Communication, & Problem-Solving skillsStrong commitment to excellence and continuous improvementProven ability to work with cross-functional teamsWhat’s on Offer:
