TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE I, Brain and Cognitive Sciences - The Social & Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience Lab (Saxelab), to work under Professor Rebecca Saxe supporting Lab operations such as organizing and planning lab events and meetings, managing lab finances and institutional review board applications, acting as the lab liaison to the department and building administration, maintaining research databases, interfacing with MIT’s supercomputing cluster for data storage, and updating the lab website; research assistance such as participant recruitment, data collection, preregistration, and analysis plans; and professional development such as activities that would aid in professional growth, including but not limited to taking/auditing courses, attending symposia and conferences, or other types of training programs supported by MIT. Across the technical and managerial responsibilities, there will be ample opportunities to explore research interests, contribute to scientific projects, and/or to pursue a personal project under the PI’s supervision.
