Working together as multi-discipline teams, our goal is to consistently take casino gaming to the next level. We’re looking to expand our Technical Artist team and are actively seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, technically creative individual. The ideal candidate will be very organized, have exceptional attention to detail, comfortable working in teams or individually, and possess the skills necessary to both advise and take direction to assemble, iterate and maintain 2D/3D artwork, using Photoshop, After Effects, Unity, 3rd party plug-ins/extensions and in-house tools, in an Agile/Scrum environment. Combined, bridging the gap between art and engineering. **First Year Goals:** + Contributes to development goals and milestones while acquiring competence in defined artistic and/or technical skills + Supports the organization, optimization and implementation of 2D/3D art utilizing Photoshop, Unity, in-house tools, Perforce/Github or similar + Troubleshoots routine technical design issues as it relates to a technical artist + Successfully contributes to the completion of products of modest visibility and review, requiring routine skills **Required Qualifications** + 2-4 years casino game development or equivalent, combined experience + Unity 3D, Photoshop, Jira, Perforce/Github (or similar versioning software) + General understanding of game development and implementation requiring creative thinking and technical skills + Ability to troubleshoot routine game design implementation issues + General understanding of game design to support solutions that enhance artistic direction + General knowledge of 2D/3D techniques, optimization, lighting, shaders, particles and game art implementation + General knowledge Jira and Scrum/Kanban board processes. **Preferred Qualifications** + General understanding of casino games and the industry + Collaborative work on team projects + Excellent communication skills (in-person, email, phone, MSTeams etc.) **Special Qualifications** + Must be at least 21 years of age + Able to obtain a Gaming License + Security investigation **Keys to Success** + Deliver exceptional customer service + Demonstrate accountability and integrity + Develop successful relationships + Embrace change + Demonstrate business savvy \#LI-NP2 _IGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $50,482/yr - $115,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.
