Analyze and document existing processes, systems, and campaign operations. 3. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in marketing automation. 4. **Resource and Team Planning** 5. Determine the resources and skillsets required for project success. 6. Draft role descriptions for required team members and support resource onboarding. 7. **Campaign Operations** 8. Manage and optimize campaign operations, including audience segmentation, journey creation, and execution within SFMC. 9. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and best practices for personalization and automation. 10. **Process Design and Documentation** 11. Support the creation of detailed process documentation for marketing workflows. 12. Develop operational playbooks and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. 13. **Training and Onboarding** 14. Provide comprehensive training on SFMC functionalities, processes, and workflows to internal teams. 15. Onboard team members to ensure they are fully equipped to manage SFMC operations. 16. **Consultation on Platform Management and Deployment** 17. Advise on Salesforce platform implementation, deployment, and integrations. 18. Provide recommendations for platform configuration to meet specific business needs. 19. **Transition Planning and Task Management** 20. Develop a detailed transition plan for migrating to the new SFMC platform or enhancing current use. 21. Manage complex tasks and ensure timely delivery of milestones. 22. **Final Training, Documentation, and Handover** 23. Deliver end-user training and create comprehensive documentation for ongoing operations. 24. Ensure a smooth handover to internal teams with clear guidelines and support plans. 25. **Post-Implementation Consulting** 26. Offer ongoing consulting and troubleshooting support as required post-implementation. 27. Continuously assess and suggest improvements to processes and platform usage. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. + Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – certifications preferred. + Proven experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, and Salesforce platform deployment. + Strong skills in stakeholder management, process documentation, and training delivery. + Exceptional project management and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills:** + Hands-on expertise with SFMC tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Interaction Studio. + Knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and scripting for SFMC. + Experience in multi-cloud integrations (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). + Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other compliance requirements for marketing communications.
