Location & Hours: Redditch, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Job Summary:
As a Technical Apprentice at Honeywell, in Redditch, you will have the opportunity to gain a range of nationally recognised qualifications and a hands-on learning experience within our supportive and friendly teams.
This role is part of our Early Careers Relations program, designed to help people launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This apprenticeship is set up for a duration of 4 years starting from 26th August 2025.

Key responsibilities and the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join us, people who are looking for an exciting career rather than just a job as we are premier provider in the supply of equipment for demanding and often harsh environments of defence and space applications.
You will assist in the design, development, manufacturing and testing of bespoke products, such as cryogenic systems, cooling technology and high-pressure gas systems, to meet customer requirements. This opportunity involves a structured development plan to learn and participate in key areas of the business including Manufacturing, Quality, Facilities, Procurement and Production Engineering departments.
This apprenticeship at Honeywell will provide you with full time training at our training provider in Redditch for the whole of the first year, followed by a further 3 years to gain the qualifications below, whilst receiving on the job training within a supportive and nurturing team. · Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence).
· Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (BTEC)(Development Knowledge).
· Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competence)
Key skills and qualifications:
Applicants should enjoy practical and academic work and have a passion for Engineering, an interest in Aerospace, and the following skills:
· Four GCSE’s at Grade 4/C and above or equivalent; must include Maths, Science and English.
· An interest in aerospace would be advantageous.
