Your role and responsibilitiesYou will mainly be accountable for:•Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.•Creating plans for target audience visits and conducts regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.•Establishing and maintains effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.•Ensuring a positive experience for the customer target group throughout the promotion activities.•Providing customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants.•Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.•Communicating details with the target audience in accordance with ABB’s offering and strategy.•Conducting and organizes appropriate training interventions to educate the target audience on ABB products, systems, services, and offerings.•Managing administrative tasks in technical promotion processes and creates reports based on the organization’s needs.•Demonstrating ABB’s core values and group safety and integrity standards and acts accordingly.•Implementing and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.•Ensuring adherence to all relevant internal and statutory regulations and policies.•Ensuring integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.•Demonstrating an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.
Qualifications for the roleKey to Success:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.5-8 Years of experience.Creates a vision of loyal, committed, and long-term customer relationship(s) and implements the necessary action plan to achieve the same. Develops strong relationships with the key target audience and stakeholders.
