Qualifications and Requirements:
Afrikaans and English. Grade 12. Qualification in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (advantage). Advanced MS Office skills. Must have Advanced Excel skills (be able to use formulas, pivot tables, graphs, design dashboards, work across multiple sheets, VLOOKUP’s, etc). Must love learning new systems – will be trained as a SuperUser on SoloPlan. Must be able to work on systems as SuperUser or Administrator – settings, adding new users, permissions, reports etc. Must love IT and Systems – not from an “IT perspective” but an “End-User perspective”. Must love Admin and creating Admin Systems. Attention to detail, data quality and integrity essential. Other systems: SoloPlan, Sage, NetStar Tracking (advantage). Driver’s license and own vehicle.
Experience:
2–4 years of proven experience managing technical and administrative systems. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems management, and admin processes from an End-user perspective. Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT and non-IT systems. Develop and implement technical and administrative policies and procedures. Ensure the smooth operation of systems and infrastructure. Oversee system upgrades, configurations, and installations. Coordinate and supervise administrative tasks. Provide technical support and resolve system issues promptly. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with regulations. Manage system security and data protection. Collaborate across departments to improve efficiency. Maintain accurate records and provide staff training on system usage. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance system performance. Availability: Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
