What you’ll do:T

As a Technical Analyst, you will assist in achieving IT&S performance objectives by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer PC, audio/video, and telecommunication issues. You will serve as the LSC for HSC staff, creating accounts and granting network and tool permissions. Additionally, you will coordinate and communicate problem symptoms with departments and vendors, follow up with customers on open logs, and prioritize issues effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

Prepares, tests, and installs enterprise PC and telecommunication hardware and software.Identifies, diagnoses, and corrects PC hardware and software issues.Provides end user training as needed for PC applications and hardware.Functions as Local Security Coordinator to handle security access requests.Replaces/upgrades PC's as needed, including transfer of applications and data to new PC.Knowledge with the various Windows Operating Systems.Working knowledge of PC architectures, Networks, and Client Server relationshipsDay to day support of hospital technology support services tickets.

What you’ll need:

Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 3+ years working in an enterprise environment
