Technical Analyst 3-Support

As a Technical Support Analyst, responsible for troubleshooting As a member of the Support organization, your primary focus will be to provide support and deliver solutions to Oracle's customer base while acting as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving, troubleshooting, and reviewing front-end applications. You will gather information, utilize troubleshooting tools, shadow end users, and test workflows both internally and externally. This is a client-facing role requiring daily interaction with users.

You will troubleshoot backend issues by capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and managing servers. Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, is essential when collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

You will document all activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle. Prioritizing tasks based on severity and urgency is key, while balancing client needs with business requirements. Collaboration across teams is necessary to ensure that issues are addressed by the appropriate parties.

You will be required to work on-call support when needed and be flexible with working different shifts. Oracle Fusion technical and SaaS skills are mandatory.
