Reporting line: General Manager – Warehouse
Location/Franchise: Marconi Beam, Cape Town
JOB PURPOSE
Coordinate and provide administrative support to the technical, sales and administration teams, on technical information & specifications to Voice, Data & Smart & Security Solutions
Requirements
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Grade 12 Minimum 3 years administrative experience Knowledge of Microsoft officeDuties & Responsibilities
Loading of deals on Albatross & Porta Loading of contracts on ATHENA Submit porting requests to ECN & coordinate with service departments for installation. Telkom Liaison Monthly billing of Voice & data Send applications for new connections to suppliers. Ensure that all backup documentation required for applications is received. Follow-up on all requests to ensure we remain within our timelines for installation. Send warranty & repair stock to suppliers. Follow-up on repairs & ensure clients are accordingly invoiced. Maintenance & installation stock allocation Liaise with the warehouse & contracts department with regards to dem accounts Assist the service department with customer relocations. Assist with service-related ad-hoc duties. Provide installation updates to the Sales and contracts department. Skills and Attributes Excellent time management skills to efficiently juggle tasks & stay on schedule. Professional written & verbal communication to understand customer challenges/issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills Attention to detail to pick-up on issues and complete accurate reports.
