We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Compute Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor and technical liaison for our key enterprise customers. As a Compute TAM, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and optimization of Akamai compute solutions in our customers' environments.

This role requires deep technical expertise in Compute technologies, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to customer success. You will act as the bridge between our professional services teams, support teams, engineering teams and customers, helping to drive adoption, resolve technical challenges, and ensure the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as their primary technical point of contact for Akamai Compute solutions. Technical Expertise & Advisory: Provide expert guidance on designing, implementing, and optimizing Akamai Compute infrastructure. Proactive Support & Issue Resolution: Deliver support advocacy, monitor environments, resolve technical issues, and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Strategic Planning and Consulting: Developing both short-term and long-term technical strategies that leverage Akamai Connected Cloud and Linode services effectively. Training & Enablement: Empower customers through workshops, technical demos, and best practice training. Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Represent customer needs internally and provide feedback to improve Akamai Compute Products and services.
