**JOB SUMMARY**
The Technical Program Manager will oversee and coordinate various technical and customer-driven programs, ensuring seamless integration and execution across multiple departments.
This role involves managing projects, validating products, handling application engineering tasks, and quality documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, project management, and customer relations.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Projects Management: Customer-Driven Programs: Lead and manage customer-driven programs. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
+ Application Engineering: Product Validation: Validate products with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), coaters, and canners. This involves rigorous testing and ensuring products meet all required specifications and standards.
+ Platform Tracker: Maintain and update the platform tracker to monitor the status and progress of product validations.
+ Technical Questions and Spec Creation: Address internal and external technical questions, create specifications in line with global teams, and engage in specification discussions.
+ Account Management: Manage forecasts and cross-check demand with supply chain members. Conduct weekly evaluation of deliveries.
+ Quality Topics: Handle all quality-related issues with customers and manufacturing plants.
+ RFQs: Lead negotiations and internal/external discussions to win business.
**Location**
+ Position for Sao Paulo / Brazil, in a hybrid model.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or automotive related field.
+ Proven experience in project management and technical program coordination.
+ Strong understanding of automotive industry and internal combustion engines, as well as the OEMs validation processes.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
+ Experience with regulatory and quality standards in the automotive industry.
