About the Role:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own technical support and escalation for Vistar’s DSP, while helping clients leverage our offering within the marketplace. As the demand-side support lead, you will not only solve real customer problems but also define how Vistar operationalizes demand-side support now and in the future. What you'll do:Onboard new partners and provide technical expertise as partners build to our open API’s or install our softwareLead partner education to ensure customers understand and are effectively using our products  Assist sales during the pre-sales process by providing technical expertise during proof of concepts (PoC’s)Establish DSP support standards and metrics, and a repeatable support processAct as first line of support for validating and troubleshooting DSP issues internally and externally (e.g. campaign underdelivery)Coordinate with the product and support engineering teams to improve our demand side product suite, processes, documentation and internal tools, and ensure internal teams and resources are working efficiently and effectively Work with Client Success and Sales teams to communicate technical issues to our internal Product and Engineering teams, and liaise with our client’s technical teams Project manage troubleshooting efforts with internal technical teams and communicate solutions back to GTM support and sales teamsLeads client calls, when necessary, to understand client issues and communicate solutions back to external stakeholdersBecome an expert in Vistar’s demand-side products and servicesWhat experience we're looking for:3+ years supporting ad tech products (ideally a DSP), through project management of product and technical support issuesExperience leading multi-team/function collaboration efforts, and galvanizing individuals towards a common solution Experience troubleshooting partner-facing technical issues (e.g. related to APIs, SQL queries, etc.)Familiarity with technical concepts and coding languagesFluent in Excel and comfortable working with dataWho you are:Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem solving skillsExperience in Ad-Tech and/or digital signage ad-ops Experience deploying and supporting software productsExperience in Systems such as content management platforms, Ad-Tech platforms, support desk platformsExperience in project managementExperience with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, SQL)What we offer:Flexible, fun start-up environment and cultureAn approachable and accessible C-SuiteComprehensive health benefits401k + matchQuarterly Lifestyle StipendUnlimited PTO and summer FridaysCompany-wide and team specific entertainment budgets for team building Sponsored Volunteer Events and Vistar Gives Back programAn awesome and supportive bunch of people to work with and learn fromAt Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary.  Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position under New York City law for New York City applicants.  The salary range estimate for this position as performed in New York City is: $117,000 - $122,000. The salary range for this position as performed outside of New York City may vary.  The actual pay will be at Vistar Media’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
