Tech Support Professional - Windows/Network-centric

As a Technical Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise as a subject-matter expert in relevant technologies and products. You will provide expert technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to analyze and solve problems will be crucial in delivering exceptional support and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. You will report directly to our Technical Support Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Louisville, KY location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: New Hires will be required to report onsite M-F for the first 90 days.

In this role, you will impact our technical support operations, the satisfaction of our customers, and the growth of the organization. You will drive innovation and continuous improvement, effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and will be an expert in relevant technologies and products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nProvide expert technical support to customers, resolving complex technical issues.\nServe as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies and products.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical support strategies.\nLead and mentor junior technical support professionals, providing guidance and support.\nStay updated with industry trends and advancements and provide recommendations for improvement.\nContribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and tools.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.\nParticipate in customer meetings and provide technical expertise and guidance.\nProduct Entry into Service process to verify readiness of launch.\nTest product before going to market (NPI/UAT & Beta Testing).\nWork with Tech Publication to confirm marketing Publications are correct and align with offering.\nCreate Self Service content (Knowledge Articles, How to Videos) for Level 1 support questions.\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\nMinimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical support or a similar role.\nWindows and Windows Server OS experience at a high level.\nActive Directory, Group Policy Management, Work Groups and Domain knowledge.\nVirtual Machine Management.\nMicrosoft SQL Server Experience.\nStrong Networking Skills and Networking Protocols at a high level.\nIIS and SSL experience.\nWorking within Network Firewalls and port management.\nInstalling and Uninstalling software and troubleshooting failures.\nWeb and Mobile app experience.\nLow voltage wiring, standards and specifications.\nExpert technical knowledge and subject matter expertise.\nResults-oriented approach and ability to meet business objectives.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both Spanish/English.\nStrong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction. \n\n

WE VALUE
