Tech Support Analyst
Are you a Subject Matter Expert when it comes to Google Apigee, Apache/Tomcat, Cloud (Azure) or tools like AppDynamics and Splunk? Do you have experience managing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have the ability to solve complex issues, addressing both technical and business needs?

Then join us as an Technology (Level2) Support Analyst (SME) :

• manage local business and operations stakeholders
• utilize and hone your IT skills working with Google Api Management (Apigee), Cloud (Azure), Linux, Apache/Tomcat/WebSphere, Shell/Perl scripting, AppDynamics, Splunk/ Automation Anywhere
• ensure production stability and availability for key operational business processes
• investigate and resolve incidents by identifying the impacted component, analyzing the impact and performing the right remediation measures
• define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
• plan and execute BCM for applications and rollout new releases (including OS patching, certificate renewals)
• manage the full spectrum of Production Support responsibilities, based on the ITIL Framework: Incident and Problem Management, Change and Release Management, Risk Management
