• support business applications and platforms along the business process and across several technical domains
• manage and support critical reporting system
• deploy new code onto production environment
• analyze incident impact, identify probable cause and define workarounds
• drive problem management and continual improvement of processes
• ensure coordination and communication by upholding high incident and problem management standards for a timely issue resolution
• automate repetitive tasks
• implement improvements on application, monitoring, statistics and telemetry
