POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for Technical Sales Support in Jakarta, Injdonesia for a hybrid-based opening.

Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans for the Education sector focus on Microsoft Azure Usage and Consumption (i.e. ACR), to be aligned with Microsoft’s global and regional goals and priorities. Identify and pursue new Education business opportunities, generate leads, and close deals with education customers, including schools, universities, ministries, and other education-related organizations. Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with other Microsoft internal teams, such as marketing, product, technical, and partner teams, to deliver integrated solutions and services that meet the needs and expectations of education customers.Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.Providing technical guidance and support to customers and partners throughout the sales cycle, from envisioning to deployment and adoption. Qualifications Must have minimum 3+ years of pre-sales or post-sales support experience.Familiar with Education Industry and MS Solution.With strong post sales leads following up management experience is preferred.Should have good planning skills with strategic thinking.Should be self-driven with good communication skill.Should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.In depth knowledge with Microsoft overall products and solutions.Must be fluent in both Indonesian native language and English.
