This is an in office position that will be based in our regional office in São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Vila Olímpia).
Key job responsibilities
Develop Candidate Pipelines: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier tech talent through innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Conduct Market Research: Analyze local and global tech market trends to identify and engage with potential candidates, aligning sourcing strategies with evolving industry needs.
Screen and Assess Candidates: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for various roles.
Pipeline Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipeline health, and recruitment metrics to stakeholders and hiring managers.
Utilize Technology and Tools: Leverage recruiting tools and platforms to source, track, and manage candidates efficiently, optimizing the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
A day in the life
Successful person on this role will kick off their day scouting for tech talent using the internal and external tools available. You will build strong pipelines for your tech customers and present great matching talent for the roles you own.
