We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate in our Tech & Services sector to help support strong growth in the practice.
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will:
Providing quantitative, qualitative and analytical support and analysis for mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services to clients across a variety of industries.
Preparing company valuations, financial models and client presentations.
Due diligence, project management, document processing and financial/statistical analysis.
Depending on experience, Associates can range from No.2 to No.4 on advisory teams.
Associates may be assigned specific departmental responsibilities, including in relation to business development activities.

Associates should have established the following:
A thorough understanding of accounting practices and ability to undertake detailed financial analysis
Financial modeling skills
Writing skills
Presentation skills (primarily in terms of preparation of presentations)
Time and project management
Associates should have established/be establishing the following:
Commercial judgment and awareness
Transaction execution skills
Presentation skills (both preparation and delivery)
Negotiation skills
People management (in particular the development of analysts and taking responsibility for their output)
Client relationship skills
Thorough regulatory and legal knowledge
Qualifications/Experience:
A graduate with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent, and
Experience as a senior Analyst / Associate or equivalent role within an Investment Bank or Industry (other than in exceptional circumstances)
