**Responsibilities**
**Applicants must reside in the Warren, MI area**
**POSITION SUMMARY**
Entry-level position on the Desktop Support Team reporting directly to the Lead Desktop Engineer
PRIMARY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
+ · Assist with the installation and maintenance of all computer hardware and software
+ · Repair or upgrade computer systems as needed
+ · Assist with building equipment bundles to ship out to employees
+ · Provide Tier 1 level support on hardware and software technical issues on site and via Teams Chat
+ · Troubleshoot with employees for any issues they are experiencing with equipment and provide guidance / resolution steps
+ · All other duties as requested by the leadership
**Qualifications**
+ Must have computer related work experience.
+ · Experience in managing inventory of equipment
+ · Experience in virtual networking setup using VMware
+ · Hands on experience troubleshooting hardware
+ · Ability to view a computer monitor for several hours at a time
+ · Candidates must have open availability and able to work additional hours as needed
+ · Able to work on site in Warren, MI but there is availability to be hybrid and work some time from home
