The Technical Leader, based on the nominal role of a development engineer, is a recognized leader and expert in engineering and coding within his technological scope.
He supports and contributes to the skill development of the development engineers within their scope.
He makes a major contribution to the DevOps transformation as well as the implementation of tools and methods that optimize productivity, efficiency, resilience, and software maintainability.
He/she is the referent for the application of development standards and best practices and ensures a high level of code quality is maintained.
The tech Lead ensures the proper implementation of Group and local architecture standards and is responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and performance of the applications within his scope.
The Tech Lead collaborates closely with other team members.
Main activities :
Be an operational leader Ensure the use of the best available technologies and practices Ensure compliance with the best requirements and practices in terms of security, performance, resource management, quality, and coding Continuously seek simplicity and algorithmic and software optimization from the perspective of code and application architecture Be an operational reference : Provide support / Participate in software design ("Software Architect") Make essential contributions to complex and/or high-value developments Work with the IF&IS teams responsible for the operation of solutions and infrastructure Maintain standards, norms, and practices : Participate in the design and implementation of development norms and standards (tools and practices), within the framework of group standards and roadmaps Contribute to the deployment of good development practices (TDD, DDD, unit test coverage, tool deployment, etc.) Actively participate in the development of code review modalities and conduct audits Contribute to the establishment and animation of the developer/Tech Lead community Follow technological evolutions :
o Anticipate technological evolutions within the perimeter
o Monitor the evolution of standards, tools, and practices
o Track the developments, contributions, and risks associated with deployed technologies
Represent Allianz Technology France development:o Within Allianz Technology France and within the group
o Contribute to intra (Allianz Technology France/Group) and extra Allianz events

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of distributed architectures (service architectures and APIs, SOAP/XML and REST/JSON protocols) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and quality measurement tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx, CAST, etc.) Knowledge of the Eclipse IDE Proficiency in Back End IARD Pro development technologies: ESB, API, Z/OS Connect, process optimization, Cobol, DB2, IMS, DB/DC, REXX Tools: configuration management with ENDEVOR, BMC: FileAid, Xpediter, Strobe, Abendaid Good knowledge / proficiency in the TOPAZ IDE
